On request, we will send you an aphasia card for writing your emergency contact information. Keep this in your wallet or attach it to your key ring. Order as many as you need by calling the Shirley Ryan Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ Aphasia Center at 312-238-6163, or emailing esalley@sralab.org.
Aphasia cards are available in English and Spanish.
